Are your repair services guaranteed?

All our computer repair services are guaranteed for a full week after the repair is complete. If the same problem reoccurs during this period, we will provide the additional repairs necessary to resolve the problem.

Will you come to my home or office to perform repairs or other services?

Yes. Whether you want us to visit you at your home, office, or other location in Bonita Springs, we will always meet you within fifteen minutes of the scheduled appointment time.

What if I don't want to have an in-home visit?

We offer remote computer repair services. Regardless of where you are in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection, we can connect to your computers and help resolve any problems you may be experiencing. While not every repair or service can be performed through a remote connection, many times we are able to provide the computer services you need without scheduling a visit. 

Can you fix every computer problem?

Our computer repair experts have worked with hundreds of different devices and systems. Although we are usually able to repair your computer quickly, some repairs require additional servicing. Occasionally, we will encounter a computer problem that is beyond repair. In these rare events, we can often salvage your data and provide recommendations for new systems.

Do you repair mobile devices as well?

When we say computer repair, we mean virtually everything related to computers. This includes mobile devices, tablets, laptops, modems, routers, printers, fax machines, scanners, and much more. If you use it for computing, we can repair it.

I live outside of Bonita Springs. Can you still repair my computer?

We service the entire Southwest Florida area, including some outlying locations. If you are outside of our service area, we can often perform computer repairs through a remote connection. Please call for more details regarding whether or not we can provide repairs to your location.

Do you provide service packages?

We do have service packages that allow you to use our repair services on a regular basis. Please contact us for more information about the many different computer repair packages we offer.
